This comprehensive return policy gives our customers the opportunity to try teeth whitening products with low risk for 30 days so that we can assure complete customer satisfaction. Please read and understand the return policy for Rockstar White Whitening products before using them. Please follow the below guidelines for product returns.
All returns must be authorized by the returns department; Please notify us if you would like to return your product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the toll-free number listed on this website. A return authorization code will be assigned to you and must be included with the returned product.
Your return must include all items delivered with your system including all syringes and/or tubes of whitening gel (whether used or not), all bleaching trays delivered with your order (whether used or not), any additional materials delivered with your order and a return authorization code. If you are not satisfied with the results of your dental whitening system, please contact us to get your return authorization code. Any customer who does not return all bleaching trays delivered with the system is not eligible for a refund.
